INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup AP Flour
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 scoop PROFI Chocolate
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¾ cup Soy Milk
- 3 tbsp Melted Vegan Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
COATING:
- 1 ½ cups Powdered Sugar
- ¼ cup Soy Milk
STEPS:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Pour in the wet and mix well with a spatula
- Fill donut pan about ¾ way full with batter
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Let cool completely before glazing
- Whisk together glaze ingredients until smooth and creamy
- Dip each donut into the glaze and allow to set before sharing!
