BOOSTER PROFI PROTEIN | FRESH | SUMMER SALADS
Makes 5 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Cucumbers, mandolined
- ¼ c Red Onions, mondolined
- Green Onion to top
GINGER ALMOND DRESSING:
- 2 tsp Fresh or ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ c Almond Butter
- 1 scoop PROFI Booster Protein
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
TO TOP THE SALAD:
- Sesame Seeds to top
- Peanuts or Sunflower Seeds to top
- Cilantro to top
- Black Pepper, to top
STEPS:
- Mandoline cucumbers and red onions very thinly
- Whisk together (or blend) ingredients for the dressing
- Toss salad with dressing and serve with peanuts, sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro
