BOOSTER PROFI PROTEIN | FRESH | SUMMER SALADS

Makes 5 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cucumbers, mandolined
  • ¼ c Red Onions, mondolined
  • Green Onion to top

GINGER ALMOND DRESSING:

  • 2 tsp Fresh or ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ c Almond Butter
  • 1 scoop PROFI Booster Protein
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

TO TOP THE SALAD:

  • Sesame Seeds to top
  • Peanuts or Sunflower Seeds to top
  • Cilantro to top 
  • Black Pepper, to top

STEPS:

  • Mandoline cucumbers and red onions very thinly
  • Whisk together (or blend) ingredients for the dressing
  • Toss salad with dressing and serve with peanuts, sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro
