COOKIES & CREAM | PROTEIN BAR

Makes 12 Squares

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Coconut Flour (or Almond Flour)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Butter
  • 1 1/2 scoop PROFI Cookies & Cream
  • 1/4 cup Plant-based Milk
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
  • A pinch of Salt
 Directions:
  1. Line a small baking sheet or pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour and PROFI Cookies & Cream.
  3. In another bowl, combine all other ingredients and then slowly mix in the flour & protein mix.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly across the pan and refrigerate for 2 hours until hardened.
  5. Remove from the pan and cut into squares.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
